Running

I am really into running this spring. Especially now as the days are getting longer and lighter it´s great to be outdoors again. It has taken me a couple of months to get into the mood where I really enjoy it and my body longs for more. But hey, what´s better than a sweaty run overlooking the sea getting your body moving before the day starts?

Running is great as you can do it basically anywhere. The best way to kill a jet lag is by a sweaty work out, running the travel dust off. When traveling I bring at least one set of running gears with me, ready to hit the pavements or dirt roads, depending on the location. After that I feel like a winner again :).
